Pact would give Navajo say in pipeline design

WINDOW ROCK — Bureau of Reclamation representatives will meet with the Resources and Development Committee next week to discuss a memorandum of understanding between the Navajo Nation, the city of Gallup, and the Jicarilla Apache Nation regarding design and construction of the Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project.
